I’ve been following CS:GO daily fantasy since the COVID-19 pandemic began and it was one of the few options available on DraftKings. Since then, I’ve been using a variety of sources to put together a ‘Notes Sheet’ for each match on a DraftKings CSGO slate. As I learn more and find new and reliable sources of data, this sheet may grow and change, but to get started, here are the categories I am looking at along with a short explanation of each.
ODDS - from Bovada.lv, can move between now and match time
MAPS - based on HLTV.org match data, team w/ higher percentage won in past 3 months gets a point for each of the 7 maps they own the higher percentage on
SEED - event specific, represents seeding for each team in the event (listed at bottom)
FORM - based on HLTV.org match data, current week form rating (0-200) the higher the better
K:D - team kill to death ratio, based on matches past 3 months the higher the better
BLAST - team rankings from the BLAST PREMIER Leaderboard, only takes into account BLAST events
HLTV - team rankings from HLTV.org, usually updated monthly and a different calculation used than BLAST
PLAYER RATING - players listed in order from best rating to worst rating over past 3 months, based on HLTV.org match data
